Claremont High School was elated to find that they were named as the top school for Physical Science throughout the Province for NSC 2019.  Furthermore, Claremont High School placed 10th out of the top 20 schools in the province for overall Matric results which also included the independent schools.

“We are so proud of our Matrics and all the teachers – it’s a real team effort.  Our pupils come from very challenging circumstances; they often travel many hours by public transport and live in tough socio-economic conditions.  But they show an incredible work ethic and achieved fantastic results despite their challenges”, said Mr Gibbon.
